At Kingdom of the Titans inc., we aim to ship your orders as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chicoutimi, Quebec.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.

• Canada: Canada Post (Expedited Parcel)
• USA: USPS via Canada Post Shipment (Tracked Packet - USA)

Processing Time

All in stock orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
We ship within 1 business day of receiving full payment.
Orders containing pre-order or backordered products may be delayed.

Shipping Costs

• Orders under 199 CAD (before tax): 12.99 CAD flat rate shipping (Canada and USA)
• Orders over 199 CAD (before tax): FREE shipping (Canada and USA)

Please note: Kingdom of the Titans is not responsible for customs duties or import delays for shipment outside Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: 1–7 business days via Canada Post
• USA:4–10 business days via USPS
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam: 6–15 business days via USPS

Some rural or remote areas may require additional delivery time.

In-Store Pickup

Local pickup is available at:

Simply select "Pickup" during checkout and wait for confirmation before coming in.
