Enrollment in the Kingdom of the Titans inc. loyalty program (the “Program”) is offered free of charge and is subject to these general terms and conditions. Enrollment in the Program is open only to individuals who have reached the age of majority in the country, province, or territory in which they reside, or to minors who have obtained the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering as a member, a customer agrees to provide their email address and/or phone number and to receive electronic communications from Kingdom of the Titans inc. By enrolling, each participant expressly acknowledges that the Program, its rules, benefits, and the allocation of loyalty points called “Golden Crowns” are determined and administered solely by Kingdom of the Titans inc. Points may be earned through various actions including, but not limited to, account registration, purchases, participation in promotional activities or referrals, and certain interactions with the brand. The standard accrual rate is three (3) Golden Crowns per one dollar (1 $) spent, and the conversion value is set at one hundred (100) Golden Crowns for one Canadian dollar (1 $). Points are redeemable only for benefits determined by Kingdom of the Titans inc. and can under no circumstances be converted into cash. Points automatically expire one (1) year after issuance and may be canceled, reduced, or modified at the sole discretion of Kingdom of the Titans inc., for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to technical errors, adjustments related to returns or exchanges, or any other situation deemed relevant by Kingdom of the Titans inc. Points cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged between members under any circumstances. Each Program account must be associated with one individual only, and the use of a single shared account for a family is strictly prohibited, except for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age living in the same household, who may be attached to the account of a parent or legal guardian. Kingdom of the Titans inc. further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice or compensation. In the event of modification or termination of the Program, no indemnity or compensation shall be payable by Kingdom of the Titans inc. Participants acknowledge that participation in the Program does not create any vested rights and that benefits may vary or be withdrawn at any time. Kingdom of the Titans inc. also reserves the right to correct, adjust, or cancel a member’s points balance, without justification and at its sole discretion. The Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding any rules relating to conflicts of law. Any dispute arising in connection with the Program shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Chicoutimi, Province of Quebec. Disclaimer: Kingdom of the Titans inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, as well as to adjust or cancel any member’s points balance, at any time and without prior notice. Points have no cash value, are not transferable between members, and expire one year after issuance.
