We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Kingdom of the Titans inc. If you are not, we may offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions.

Exchanges & Returns

You may request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as:

• The product is unopened and still sealed (if applicable);
• The item is not a book, used miniatures or collectible card game product (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh);
• The item is not a final sale or limited-edition product;
• The item was not a backorder or preorder (these are final sales).

If all these conditions are met, we will offer a store credit or exchange.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing or Damaged Components

If your item is missing components or has a manufacturing defect, please contact the publisher directly, as they are usually best equipped to resolve the issue.

If you are unable to reach them, you may contact us at sales@kingdomtitans.ca with the following:

• A clear photo of the issue;
• Your order invoice;
• The product code or batch number from the box (if available).
