Fluorescent colors are formulated with fluorescent pigments capable of absorbing ultraviolet light and re-emitting it as visible light.

This phenomenon produces an apparent luminosity far greater than that of conventional pigments, resulting in extremely intense and vibrant colors.

In miniature painting, fluorescent paints are mainly used to create high-intensity visual effects that simulate energy sources or luminous elements.

They are especially useful for representing OSL (Object Source Lighting), magical energies, plasma-charged weapons, glowing runes, bright eyes, technological screens or indicators, as well as radiation, neon or toxic effects.

Thanks to their high saturation, they allow the creation of strong contrasts and striking lighting effects even when applied in thin layers.

The Fluorescent Color Set brings together the eight fluorescent references from the Game Color range in a single format, offering a complete solution for creating luminous, energetic and highly saturated effects on fantasy, sci-fi  and wargaming miniatures.

For maximum brightness, apply them over a white primer or basecoat.

The colors can be mixed with each other to obtain different color nuances. They can also be mixed with Game Color paints to achieve highly luminous effects or applied as a filter to increase color intensity.

The paints are formulated for use both with brush and airbrush, without the need for additional thinning.
