It covers their background, and contains updated rules for Palanite Enforcer patrols including weapons and Wargear, Hired Guns, Hangers-on, Dramatis Personae, Palanite Drill Skills, and Enforcer Prefectures. There are also two new scenarios, and separate rules to create Badzone Enforcer gangs.
