In case of a refund request:
If you are unsatisfied by your ordered products, you can ask for a refund under those conditions:
- The return of the product is made under 30 days after its reception;
- The product is unopened and still sealed (when applicable);
- The order was not a book or a trading cards game (Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, for example)
- The item was not a final sale.
Your purchase may be returned for store credit or a full refund if those conditions are all met. The return’s shipment, however, would be at your expense.
In case of missing/damaged pieces:
If your product is missing some pieces or if there’s a manufacturing mistake, we will firstly redirect you directly to the publisher. In most case, they’re more suitable than us to address with such issues. But, if you’re not able to find how to communicate with them, you can contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with this information in your message:
- At least one picture showing the problem;
- The bill of the order;
- The code of the box (if applicable, and only if you can find it).
